Changing Monitors to READY

How long it takes to run the monitors and change them from NOT READY to READY depends on the vehicle type, miles driven, and the vehicle owner’s driving habits.

Remember, monitors need trips to run. If the vehicle is not driven in a way that a trip takes place, monitors won’t run.

Based on normal driving habits, many owners will run the monitors in a day or two.

Others may need to drive the vehicle longer, perhaps as long a week. A few will never drive the vehicle in a way that lets monitors run!
