Part 79 Updates - NYMA Vehicles

Since the OBD II inspection is equivalent to a High Enhanced Emissions Inspection, vehicles eligible for the OBD II inspection that are registered in the NYMA may be inspected at a Low Enhanced Inspection Station.

These vehicles do not need the VS-1078 Temporary Waiver, and do not need to be reinspected when they return to the NYMA.

Other vehicles still need the VS-1078 and must be re-inspected when returning to the NYMA.
