************** Unhandled Exception – Date/Time **************

 

A software upgrade CD was included with your NYVIP unit. It is vital

that this CD be run on the unit per labeled instructions.

 

If you are receiving an unhandled exception error relating to date/time

please do the following: Run the upgrade CD immediately. If you are

unable to locate the upgrade CD, please contact the NYVIP helpdesk at

866-469-8477.

 

This upgrade will update your with software version 0306. To confirm

this, please go to Main Menu, then option (4) Station Menu, then (1)

Facility Initialization. Once in the Facility Initialization window

please hit ESC on your keyboard. This will then cause the system to

print out your facility setup report. Please confirm the NYVIP Version

Number reads 0306.
