Re: Entering Stickers Into NYVIP Inventory

Recently you may have had 2006 Safety stickers with numbers falling
within the range of 10,200,001 to 10,352,120 indicated in your inventory
that you did not receive. Stickers in this range were never shipped due to
a printer's error. Testcom has removed these stickers from the inventory
electronically.

In the event you already inadvertently placed these non-existent
stickers in your inventory, you will need to "damage them out of your
inventory" after 1/1/05. You have already received credit in your
account for stickers in this range so there is no need to request credit or
refund.

More generally, when receiving their stickers orders, stations should
confirm that all stickers are present upon receipt. ENTER ONLY STICKERS
PHYSICALLY IN YOUR POSSESSION INTO INVENTORY.
In the event you put stickers into your inventory that you do not physically have,
you will need to "damage them out of your inventory". Refer to your operator's
manual, page 5-165 for instructions on how to do this. If you require
further assistance with the process of "damaging the stickers out of
inventory",please call the Help Desk at (866) 469-8477.
