Stations: Motorist Information Publications
Stations can now obtain informational handouts for
motorists on the NYVIP program from DMV. There are currently two
publications available. They are:
C-113S – “Reality Check” (in English and Spanish)
C-114 – “What Do You Mean My Car’s
Not Ready? – A Consumers Guide to Readiness Monitor Failures”
The publications can be viewed electronically at:

Please make sure that all requests include:
* The publication number and quantity of handouts needed (please limit quantity to 100 of each handout, per request).

These are messages sent by NYS DMV to the
inspection stations via the emissions analyzer units. They frequently contain important
information, usage tips, or announcements of system changes.
